Going Green Transport ("GGT," "we," "us") provides licensed cannabis transport services in Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and prospective customers, and how we use it — including text messaging ("SMS") communications.

What we collect

When you request a quote or become a customer, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and pickup/drop-off addresses needed to schedule and run your transport.

Mobile information & SMS messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide, including phone numbers, is used only to deliver the transport service you requested and to send you related updates.

Message frequency varies based on your shipment activity — most customers receive messages only around a scheduled pickup or delivery. Message and data rates may apply. How we use your information

To schedule, route, and complete your cannabis transport
To send quote confirmations, delivery status updates, and account notices
To meet Minnesota OCM and Metrc chain-of-custody recordkeeping requirements
To respond to support requests

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers required to run our business (e.g. payment processing, mapping, and telephony/SMS delivery vendors), and with state regulators where legally required. Categories of SMS consent data are not shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
