These terms govern text message ("SMS") communications between Going Green Transport ("GGT") and customers who opt in through our quote request form at goinggreentransport.com/quote.

The program

Going Green Transport sends delivery status updates to customers who have opted in — including pickup confirmations, route/ETA updates, and delivery completion notices for their cannabis transport shipment.

Opt-in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form and submitting your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from Going Green Transport.

Message frequency varies based on your shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact service@goinggreentransport.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. mobile carriers.
